Check-in time – 01.00 PM

Check-out time – 10:00 AM

Early Check in and Late check-out facility is extended subject to the availability and is at the discretion of the resort.

Documents Required During Time Of Check-in

Booking confirmation via E-mail/ SMS (with Booking ID) and a valid Photo ID (with address) is required for all the guests. Photo ID poofs accepted are Driver’s License, Voter’s Card, Passport and Ration Card. Note: PAN Cards will not be accepted as valid Photo ID Card.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservation contains or is resulted from a mistake or error.

All reservations are subject to confirmation by 100% advance payment

Cancellation Policy:
We do not accept any cancellation. Advance once paid shall not be refunded. Under extraordinary unforeseen circumstances and if intimated 15 days in advance, reservation can be utilized within the next 30 days, subject to the availability & with prior reservation.

Strictly No refund or adjustments on bookings made between 20th DECEMBER – 05th JANUARY , DIWALI WEEK and weekend closed by public holidays.

Only Maharashtrian buffet meals are served at our restaurant.

Breakfast timings are 8:00 – 10:00 am .After the timing all requests will be chargeable.

Child Policy : A maximum of 2 children up to the age of 5 years are allowed free of charge subject to room occupancy capacity.Extra person charges are applicable for anyone above 5 years of age.

Visitor Policy : We have a compulsory cover charge policy of INR 1500/- plus taxes, including one meal. We allow our guests to be there in our resort for 2 hours during this time and all residential facilities are restricted for non-residential guests.

Right to Admission : Agreen Hotels group reserve the right to deny admission or ask particular guests to leave the property to ensure safety and comfort of other guests. The decision taken by the Agreen Hotels group management shall be final and binding in all such situations.
